We offer flat rate shipping for all orders excluding wholesale invoices. The costs are as follows:

$10 flat rate shipping within Australia.

$20 flat rate shipping outside Australia.

AUSTRALIA

We delivery to most destinations across Australia within 1 to 7 days via Australia Post. All orders are typically delivered quickly, however, at certain times delays may occur which are out of out control.

Below are estimated delivery times to most major cities and most metro areas within Australia. Delivery to regional and remote areas may take longer.

Australia Post Express: 1 - 3 Business Days

Australia Post Regular: 2 - 9 Business Days

INTERNATIONAL 

International shipping times vary greatly and often depend on Customs clearance at the destination country. Please allow 2 - 5 weeks for your order to arrive. 

We have a two (2) week production time on all retail orders and three (3) weeks on all wholesale orders

Production times does not including shipping time, please allow for this when placing your order.

You many choose any of the following payment methods at the checkouts when completing your order:

In the unlikely event that your order arrives faulty we would happily replace your purchase or refund when replacement is not available. You must contact us with 21 days of receiving your goods. We require the items post posted back or a photograph emailed showing the fault. Faults or damage cause by intentional misuse will not be refunded.

Custom duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Non-toxic waxes, sealants, inks and paints have been used throughout, however items are not teethers and should not be used for mouthing

Small parts may become loose overtime and become a choking hazard. Always inspect your wooden product for any damage and dispose immediately if detected 

Clean with damp cloth, do not immerse in water.

To preserve finish when required rub a small amount for coconut oil onto the surface, leave for 24 hours and buff with a clean cloth
